我记得有一次在一个回族朋友的家里做客，他们准备了一桌子的佳肴，我可都是剁手买的，老贵了。结果一道猪肉没见着，我心里那个不舒服啊。后来他们告诉我，伊斯兰教规定穆斯林不吃猪肉，我心里那个不平衡啊，猪肉那么好吃，居然吃不得。
后来我了解到，回民不吃猪肉，主要是因为伊斯兰教认为猪是有瑕疵的动物。那个清真寺的大毛和我吵了好几回，我不懂宗教，说实话，我觉得这事儿还挺扯的，猪肉那么美味，怎么就成瑕疵动物了呢？
不过，你也别小看回民的饮食习惯，他们那食物做起来可是一点也不含糊。我有一次吃了一个回民朋友做的羊肉串，那味道啊，给我惊艳到了。老实讲，那是我这辈子尝过的最美味的羊肉串。
当然了，饮食文化这事儿，每个人都有自己的看法。我记得有一次我和一个回民朋友辩论，我说你不吃猪肉，那你还吃什么？他说我们还有牛肉、羊肉、鸡鸭鱼呢，很丰富嘛。说实话，我现在都觉得他说的挺有道理的。
